전자 크레딧으로 재예약하는 방법
It’s simple to redeem your eCredit(s) on delta.com in just a few easy steps.
If you had a SkyMiles account associated with your booking when you received an eCredit, you can find your eCredit by logging in and accessing your Profile.
If you do not have a SkyMiles profile and need assistance in redeeming your eCredit(s), follow these steps:
You can search for your eCredit at delta.com/redeem using either the eCredit number found in "Your Flight Receipt” email for the booking or the last name and phone number associated with the eCredit.
Select how you would like to look up your eCredit from the dropdown options, enter the necessary information into the fields and select “Look Up” to begin your search.

The page will reload with your available eCredits. Select the eCredit you want to use to rebook travel.
참고: If you would like to combine your eCredit with a Companion Certificate, select your Companion Certificate first and then apply your eCredit at checkout.

On the Review and Pay page, you can review your eCredit selection a final time and enter your payment information. 적용된 전자 크레딧이 요금 계산에 어떻게 반영되는지 우측에서 다시 확인할 수 있습니다. 이를 통해 구매를 완료할 때 청구될 금액을 정확히 알 수 있습니다.
Keep in mind that sometimes your flight may cost more than your eCredit. If this happens, you will need to pay the difference in price to change your ticket.
