수수료 없이 내 항공편을 취소/변경 할 수 있나요?

Tickets purchased directly from Delta, including Basic Economy fares, are included in our 24-Hour Risk-Free Cancellation policy. 즉, 예약 후 최대 24시간 이내에 어떤 사유로든 항공권을 취소하고, 변경 또는 취소 수수료 없이 전액 환불을 받을 수 있습니다.

대부분의 경우, 베이직 이코노미 항공권은 환불 및 변경이 불가*합니다. You may cancel your ticket before departure to receive an eCredit minus a cancellation fee** and apply the remaining value toward a future Delta ticket. Basic Economy Award Tickets are also non-changeable and non-refundable in most cases; you may cancel for a fee in miles which is deducted from the value of your ticket, and the remaining mileage balance will be redeposited into your SkyMiles account.

• 출발 전에 항공편을 취소하고 최초 구매일로부터 1년 동안 항공권의 미사용 구간의 가격을 새 항공권 구매에 사용하실 수 있습니다. Cancellation fees apply for Basic Economy fares and other fares originating in select markets.

Depending on where you are flying from and the type of ticket you purchased, change and cancellation fees may apply. The Change and Cancel Waiver is still in effect for flights originating from Asia, Oceania, India and Israel so that customers originating in these regions may continue to change or cancel their flight without incurring a change or cancel fee.

• You may cancel your ticket before departure to receive an eCredit, opens in a new window minus a cancellation fee* and apply the remaining value toward a future Delta ticket for a period of one year from the original date of purchase

*취소 수수료가 항공권 가격을 초과하는 경우에는 전자 크레딧은 발행되지 않습니다.

If you select a new flight that is less than the price of your original flight, you will receive an eCredit for the difference that you can redeem toward future travel.
