글로벌 IT 중간 여행 면제
A disruption caused by a Global IT Outage on 2024년 7월 19일 affected Delta’s operation systemwide. A travel waiver, which offers customers the ability to make a one-time change to their itinerary, or to cancel and receive a Delta Vacations Travel Certificate or request a refund for the unused portion of their Delta Vacations package, is in effect for customers with travel scheduled for July 19-28.

For future travel rebooking:

  1. If the travel dates for your Delta Vacations package were within the impacted dates and you’d like to rebook your vacation, we’ve issued a temporary Global IT Outage travel waiver to allow customers to make a one-time change to their itinerary: the fare difference for customers will be waived when rebooked travel occurs on or before August 4, in the same cabin of service as originally booked.* Rebooking will be permitted only for the same hotel and room category.
  2. Customers who request a one-time itinerary change are not eligible for a refund.
  3. After making this one-time change, other changes will only be permitted in accordance with Delta Vacations' Cancellation Policy.

*When rescheduled travel occurs beyond 2024년 8월 04일, the airfare change fee will be waived. 그러나 요금 차액이 적용될 수 있습니다. 최종 여행은 항공권 유효기간이 만료되기 전, 즉 최초 발행일부터 1년이 되기 전에 마치셔야 합니다. 이 지침에 따라 여행 일정을 변경할 수 없는 경우, 고객께서는 예약을 취소한 뒤, 사용하지 않은 항공권의 가격을 새 항공권 구매에 사용하실 수 있으며, 그 기간은 원래 항공권 발행일로부터 1년간입니다. 새 여행 날짜에 해당되는 변경 수수료 및 차액이 적용됩니다. 최종 여행은 항공권 유효기간이 만료되기 전에 마치셔야 합니다.

  1. For travel packages occurring during the impacted travel dates, customers, may cancel the unused portion of their package and request either:

    2. a. A Delta Vacations travel certificate for the value of the unused portion of the package; or

    b. A refund to the original form of payment for the unused portion of the package.

As a reminder, Delta Vacations’ standard cancellation policy will apply for all packages with traveling occurring before July 19 or after 2024년 7월 28일.

Hotel, transportation and meal expenses incurred as a result of a flight disruption within the control of Delta Air Lines may be eligible for reimbursement under Section 12 of the Delta Customer Commitment and Contract of Carriage. If you are a resident of the U.S. and its territories or Canada, use Delta’s form to submit a reimbursement request for hotel, transportation and/or meal expenses you incurred due to a flight disruption within Delta’s control.
