Cancellation & Change Policy Terms & Conditions 

• Travelers who cancel a trip less than 31 days before departure will receive a credit in the form of a Delta Vacations travel certificate (voucher) for the residual package cost if canceled, less any applicable  cancellation fees. Travelers who cancel a trip 31 or more days before departure will receive:
  • (i) A credit in the form of a Delta Vacations travel certificate (voucher) equal to the required deposit amount paid by the traveler minus any cancellation fees, and 
  • (ii) For any amounts actually paid by the traveler in excess of the required deposit amount, a refund to the original form of payment of the excess payment above the required deposit.
  • In each case, credit for nonrefundable components will not be issued, and other non-air fees may still apply.

• Change fees have been eliminated permanently for Delta tickets purchased for travel from the U.S. and Canada to all destinations worldwide, excluding Basic Economy fares. For tickets issued by air carriers other than Delta, change fees will vary based on airfare rules.

A $50 nonrefundable deposit will be charged per land-only booking, and will be forfeited in the event of a booking cancellation. Modifications to a booking will not result in an additional deposit.

  • Customers may change to a different hotel or change rooms within the same hotel, subject to availability, and the change fee will be waived if the change results an increase in the hotel price.

  • Nonrefundable (NR) hotel fees cannot be waived, even when the change results in an increase in the hotel price.

  • Customers may choose to change to a different hotel, subject to availability. However, the hotel portion is nonrefundable, and customer is responsible for applicable rates for the new hotel.
  • ‘기타 환불 불가 품목’의 예로는 기차표, 이벤트 또는 쇼 티켓, 테마파크 입장권 등이 있습니다.

The following types of vacation packages are not currently available via this website due to their complexity or special requirements:

• 두 개 이상 도시에서의 숙박을 포함하는 예약
• 두 개 이상의 섬에 머무는 것을 포함하는 하와이 예약
• Children under the age of two traveling within the 50 U.S. with a parent or with an adult 18 years of age and older can travel on the adult's lap free of charge and can be added to your reservation by contacting us at 1-800-800-1504 once you complete your booking online. 2세 미만의 어린이 2명 이상이 동일한 성인과 함께 있는 경우 어린이 중 한 명만 무릎에 앉힌 어린이로 여행할 수 있습니다. 추가 인원의 유아는 따로 좌석을 구매해야 합니다. Children under the age of two traveling internationally without a seat (a lap child) are required to purchase a ticket at 10% of the adult base fare, plus applicable taxes and fees. 유아 동반 여행은 목적지에 상관없이 예약 시 알리셔야 합니다.
• Upgrades to first class.
• Reservations that require handicap or other special needs requests.
• A reservation with more than 4 rooms/suites/villas, or with more than 9 people, including no more than 4 children.
• Reservations that include an escorted tour.
