수수료 없이 내 항공편을 변경 또는 취소할 수 있나요?

고객님의 계획한 일정이 바뀌는 경우가 있습니다. Enjoy more peace of mind with no change or cancellation fees when you purchase 델타 메인 클래식 or above tickets on flights originating in the U.S. and Canada. Any remaining value will become an eCredit that you may use at any time before your ticket expires (typically, one year from the date of purchase).

You can change the date, time or location of your trip prior to departure in My Trips. 신규 항공편이 기존 항공편보다 더 비싼 경우가 있습니다. 이 경우 차액을 지불하셔야 합니다. Except as required by law, any ticket not changed or canceled prior to departure will have no remaining value. Please note that 델타 메인 베이식 (Basic Economy) tickets remain non-changeable and non-refundable in most cases.

For some regions, change and cancellation fees will apply for all tickets, including 델타 메인 클래식 and premium fares.

Tickets purchased directly from Delta, including 델타 메인 베이식 (Basic Economy) fares, are included in our 24-Hour Risk-Free Cancellation policy. 즉, 예약 후 최대 24시간 이내에 어떤 사유로든 항공권을 취소하고, 변경이나 취소 수수료 없이 전액 환불을 받을 수 있습니다.

델타 메인 베이식 (Basic Economy) tickets are non-changeable and non-refundable* in most cases. You may cancel your ticket before departure to receive an eCredit minus a cancellation fee** and apply the remaining value toward a future Delta ticket. 델타 메인 베이식 (Basic Economy) Award Tickets are also non-changeable and non-refundable in most cases; you may cancel for a fee in miles which is deducted from the value of your ticket, and the remaining mileage balance will be redeposited into your SkyMiles account.

  4. *Check your ticket and the Baggage & Travel Fees page for fees that may apply to your 델타 메인 베이식 (Basic Economy) ticket, depending on your origin city and destination.
  5. **취소 수수료가 항공권 가격을 초과하는 경우에는 전자 크레딧은 발행되지 않습니다.
We have eliminated change and cancellation fees for 델타 메인 클래식 or above tickets in the U.S. and Canada to anywhere in the world. However, as a reminder, 델타 메인 베이식 (Basic Economy) tickets are non-refundable and non-changeable in most cases.

Even if your ticket is not refundable, you may still be able to cancel your itinerary and receive an eCredit. 대부분의 경우에 해당되는 변경 수수료를 차감한 뒤 항공권 최초 발행일부터 1년간 항공권의 가치를 사용하여 여행을 재예약하실 수 있습니다.

  • 국내선 여행의 경우, 항공권의 기존 날짜로부터 1년 내에 재발권하셔서 여행을 마치셔야 합니다.
  • 국제선 여행의 경우 동일한 또는 다른 해외 목적지에 대해 발권하고 기존 항공권 날짜부터 1년 내에 사용해야 합니다.

직계 가족, 여행 동반자 또는 승객이 사망한 경우에는 이러한 정책의 예외가 적용될 수 있습니다. In such cases, please message us for assistance.

Customers with 델타 메인 베이식 (Basic Economy) tickets may not change or refund their ticket after the Risk-Free Cancellation period ends.
